Carla has been with HVAA since its inception in 1998 and has been integral to the growth of the firm.  Carla started in the industry running her father’s independent retail agency. She brings over 27 years of insurance experience and leadership to the team. As President she is responsible for business development, the long-term vision of HVAA and member growth.

Rosanne began her career in insurance over 35 years ago. She has experience in both personal lines, commercial lines insurance and risk management. Rosanne has held various management roles throughout her career.  She is responsible for the internal operations of HVAA.

As Access Plus Manager, Cindy oversees the Access Plus Department. She collaborates with many leading national and regional insurance companies to secure comprehensive coverages for our members. Her role involves managing the access plus team, ensuring responsive member interactions, and guiding members toward optimal coverage options. Cindy’s extensive knowledge spans both Personal and Commercial lines.

Kellie joined HVAA in 2019. She is a graduate of Iona College and carries a Property/Casualty license for New York and New Jersey. Kellie is responsible for helping our members place new personal lines accounts.

Susan began her insurance career in 1983. Her experience includes insurance and risk management for small businesses and large international firms. Susan’s responsibilities include the coordination of policy and document delivery to our members.

Izabela has over 15 years’ of insurance experience and obtained her CPCU in 2021.  She is a graduate of Teacher’s Training College and holds a Property/Casualty license.  She is responsible for placing new commercial and personal lines accounts for our members.

John joined HVAA in 2023. He is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University. John is responsible for Member Development.  He has a vast knowledge of commercial insurance products with over 10 years of Commercial Lines experience.
